I took a look at essencedebeaute.com, something about it just feels off to me. There isn’t much clear info about the brand or who’s actually behind the site, which makes it hard to feel comfortable buying anything. It might be totally fine, but I didn’t get enough confidence from it, so I’d probably skip ordering.

I ordered a serum and cream from here, i was disappointed. The cream felt super watery and had this weird smell that made me question it right away. I don’t mind trying new skincare, but it’s annoying when you go through the effort of ordering, waiting, and working it into your routine just for it to feel cheap.

After a few days, my skin started feeling dry and bumpy, so I stopped using both products. Maybe they work better for someone else, but for me it was a waste of money and time. I really wish I hadn’t bothered.

I ordered from essencedebeaute.com and the shipping took a lot longer than I’m used to with other beauty sites. The tracking updates didn’t really tell me much either, so I was just left wondering when it would actually show up. The order did arrive eventually, but compared to places that ship in a few days, this felt slow. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

I sent my order back weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten my refund?! Every time I contact support, they just tell me to wait a few more days. It’s so frustrating. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered from essencedebeaute.com hoping this would be okay for my sensitive skin, but sadly it just was not a good fit for me!!! I really wanted to like it too!!!

After using it a couple of times, my face started feeling itchy and looked a little red, so I stopped right away!!! It just felt like my skin was reacting badly, and I didn’t want to risk making it worse!!!

I’m sure it might work fine for someone else, but for my skin it was definitely a bad match!!! I won’t be buying it again!!!

This just feels way too expensive for what you actually get. I went in expecting one thing, and then it felt like the goalposts kept moving, with more costs or less value than I thought. For the money, I was expecting a lot better. I wouldn’t say it’s worth it

I was hoping the ingredients would feel a bit cleaner or more reassuring, but a few of them made me pause. It might be fine for some people, but based on what I expected, I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again...

Am I the only one who found the website really frustrating to use? It kept loading slowly, and the menus felt all over the place. It took me way too long to find what I needed, and then checkout started glitching. At that point, I just gave up.

I reached out to Essence de Beauté about my order, the replies took way longer than I expected. I felt a little embarrassed having to keep following up, like I was being annoying, but I really just wanted to know what was going on.
I understand that businesses get busy, but even a quick update would have made a big difference. The whole thing left me feeling like no one was actually paying attention, so it wasn’t a great experience for me.

I really wanted to like this, but the scent was way stronger than I expected and the texture felt kind of sticky on my skin. It just wasn’t a good fit for me. the whole issue feels preventable if the fragrance was toned down a bit

My order showed up with the box totally crushed and the seal half open. Yikes. The items inside were just loose in the parcel, so it really didn’t feel like anything was packed with care.
Nothing seemed protected, and it looked like nobody checked it before sending it out. Annoying. I definitely wouldn’t order again after this.
